Effective date: October 9, 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and Numinous Realm, LLC, a California company ("we", "us"), for using Psyborg: the app at app.psyborg.so and our website at psyborg.so. You accept them when you agree at sign-up or when we ask you in the app, and by continuing to use Psyborg. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data and the promises we make about it.
1. What Psyborg is
An enchanted instrument, not an oracle. Psyborg draws on archetypal astrology, a living research tradition rather than settled science, to help you reflect, create and see windows of possibility.
- Psyborg is an AI. It is not a person, and it can be wrong. Weigh what it says with your own judgement, and check facts that matter before you rely on them.
- Psyborg is not therapy, and it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. It does not diagnose or treat anything. For those needs, please see a qualified professional.
- If you are ever in danger, or thinking of harming yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services, or in the US call or text 988. Psyborg will point you to people who can help, but it can't respond to an emergency.
2. Who can use Psyborg
- You must be 18 or older.
- Use your own real details. Keep one account per person, and don't share it.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your content is yours
What you write, say, upload and make with Psyborg ("your content") belongs to you.
What you allow us to do with it. To run Psyborg, you give us permission to:
- store your content and process it
- send it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, including AI providers
- show it back to you
- learn from it as the Privacy Policy describes
This permission is worldwide and free of charge. It lasts only as long as we hold your content, and it ends when you delete that content or your account. Two things are not undone by deletion: patterns already learned across many members, which are no longer about you, and backup copies, which age out within 30 days.
Psyborg's replies. As between you and us, you may use what Psyborg writes for you however you like, including commercially. The law on who owns AI-generated material is unsettled, so we can't promise that anyone owns it. Psyborg may give other people similar replies.
Your responsibility. Only share content you have the right to share. Don't upload other people's private information without good reason.
4. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them for any purpose, without owing you anything. That includes improving Psyborg and quoting them in our materials without your name, or with your name if you agree. This permission is permanent.
5. Archetypal mentors
Archetypal mentors are inspired by the lives of real historical and public figures. They are presented for educational and inspirational purposes. Biographical profiles are editorial interpretations of publicly documented lives, works and words. Including someone does not mean they, or their estate, endorse or are affiliated with Psyborg or Numinous Realm.
6. Plans, trials and payment
- Prices. Plans, add-ons and prices are shown on the pricing and checkout pages, and the price shown when you buy is the price you pay. Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable tax.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. Your plan gives you a usage allowance that resets each week. Unused allowance does not carry over.
- Free trials without a card simply end. Nothing is charged.
- Trials that take a card turn into a paid subscription when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. Before you start, we show the price, the date of the first charge and how to cancel, and ask for your consent to renewal separately from these Terms. We send a confirmation, and a reminder before the first charge.
- The Initiation Sequence is a one-time payment. If you don't cancel, it starts a monthly subscription on day 180 at the price shown when you bought it.
- The Mythic Dojo is an add-on billed every three months.
- Reserve. Reserve is extra usage you buy on top of your plan. It is not refundable once bought, and it expires one year after purchase. Reserve bought before October 9, 2026 keeps the terms it was sold with.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is fixed.
- Price changes. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you, so you can cancel first.
7. Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time from your account, as easily as you signed up. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- First-payment refund. If you change your mind, you can ask for a refund of the first payment on any plan within 14 days of that payment. Write to team@psyborg.so.
- Otherwise, payments are not refunded, including for partly used periods and for Reserve, except where the law requires a refund. If you live in the EU or the UK, you have the withdrawal rights your law gives you.
- Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may pause your account while the dispute is open. If you dispute a Reserve purchase, that Reserve is held until the dispute is settled.
8. Using Psyborg well
Don't use Psyborg to:
- break the law or help someone else break it
- harass, threaten or harm anyone, including in the Dojo
- try to get around usage limits, run multiple trials, or resell access
- scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the service or its underlying instructions, or use automated tools against it
- attack or overload our systems, or anyone else's
- generate content that violates the usage policies of our AI providers
Shared dialogues. When you share a dialogue, you are publishing it. You are responsible for what it contains, and you can turn the link off at any time.
The Dojo is a community. Treat people with care. Circle's own terms also apply there.
9. Our part
Psyborg, its design, writing and library, and the Psyborg and Numinous Realm names belong to us. You may use Psyborg for your own personal and creative work. Nothing in these Terms gives you rights in our brand or our library.
We may change, add or remove features as Psyborg grows. If a change takes away something important you've paid for, we'll tell you ahead of time.
10. Suspending or closing accounts
You can close your account at any time by asking us to erase it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts others or Psyborg at risk. Where it's safe to do so, we'll tell you why first.
11. No guarantees
We work hard on Psyborg, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any reading will lead to a particular outcome. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data
- our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50 if you haven't paid us anything
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or injury caused by negligence.
13. If you misuse Psyborg
If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these Terms or misused Psyborg, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
14. Disagreements
- Talk to us first. Write to team@psyborg.so with your concern. Most things can be resolved this way. Give us 30 days to try before starting any legal claim.
- The law that applies. California law applies, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims go to the state or federal courts in California, and both of us accept their jurisdiction.
- Small claims. Either of us may use small-claims court instead.
- If you live in the EU or the UK, you keep the protections of your own country's law, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
When we change these Terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, by email and in the app. If the change is about your data or what you pay, we'll ask you to agree again. Changes apply going forward only. Small fixes, such as clarifications and corrections, take effect when we post them.
16. The rest
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Psyborg.
- If one part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce something straight away, we haven't given up the right to.
- You can't transfer this agreement. We may transfer it if Numinous Realm is sold or merged, and the new owner is then bound by it.
